UNITRON's omni and omni Lite Digital Imaging systems are integrated full HD digital microscope and measurement systems that function without a PC. The omni has a custom platform with a configurable and upgradeable set of inspection and measurement applications, including focus stacking, 2D measurement*, side by side and overlay image comparison, custom on-screen reticle*, and lens distortion. Full HD live video is delivered by the omni's image processing and control engine at 60 frames per second. The Graphical User Interface is a custom designed mouse-controlled interface for efficient operation and control of the full application suite. The omni has the ability to stay in calibration over the entire zoom range, making it remarkable from other systems. Shadow-free illumination and glare reduction are benefits of omni's quick response, cable-free interchangeable illumination modules with intensity and quadrant control. This system is an excellent solution for quality control, testing, rework, assembly, inspection and documentation work. Monitor not included. *Note: 2D measurement and on-screen reticule features are not available on the omni Lite.
