FEAR NOT I AM WITH YOU I AM WATCHING OVER YOU

Some of you won’t understand the testimony I have written here and that is ok. During my life both as a child and adult I have had about three encounters like the one I have written here:

On a Sunday in March 1, 2020 Linda and I had driven to Aldi in Hudson to pick up some groceries. I went into Aldi and picked up our groceries while Linda waited in the van. I didn’t have a mask on and you still were required to put a quarter in the shopping cart. Everything went fine and I didn’t have anyone confront me about not having a mask. I did joke with the young man who checked me out at the cash register. I gave him a $20 dollar bill and I told him that I was an accountant. I told him that the $20 had been in my pocket for more than two weeks because I was so cheap. We both laughed. When I left the store an elderly gentleman walked up to me with a big smile on his face. He had Oshkosh bib overalls and was not wearing gloves. He put a shiny new quarter in the palm of my hand and took my cart. I didn’t even know who had touched that quarter except him before he put it in my hand. When he did that was my divine encounter. The Word of the Lord came unto me saying, “You will never be sick with this virus and you must not be afraid. You must not speak the name of this virus because my Name is above that name. You must not speak the name of that virus in front of others.” I have never seen that gentleman again, but I can still see his eyes, his smile and his overalls.

Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. (Lk 2:10)
